We’ve been having some trouble lately with the tumblr site. Because this is a combined-blog, we haven’t been able to reblog posts, or follow any of our new internet friends. So we’ve made an entirely new tumblr on a separate account and while it’s still in the works, we’d love for you guys to follow us there instead to keep up with all of the new stuff that’s coming! meadowlark-ms.tumblr.com

So, okay, we’ve been pretty lazy lately. But with both of us trying our hardest to figure out school, and where we’re going to live in the next six months (No home = No crafts! Eeek), things have been pretty crazy. We aren’t on any type of hiatus, though, and we’re still just as thrilled as ever to get this going and growing and all that. With all of that being said, updates:
We were hoping that we’d be up to enough likes/followers to start our giveaway in time for Christmas, but it doesn’t look as though that’s going to happen. Starting out and gaining a fanbase is tough, especially for those of us who do handmade. So we’re asking to do a trade with all of you! If you will: link us in a post on either tumblr, storenvy, facebook or twitter; or simply reblog one of our posts (but be sure to send us a quick message so we know you’ve done it), we will link you in a post on all of the above, and even put your button/link on our page for a while. So whether you’re another small business looking for promotion, or just a fan who wants more followers- Show us some love and we’ll give it right back!
In addition to that, I know I say this every time, BUT, I promise, after the holidays we’ll be up and running full-time. With everything going on lately, it’s been hard for us to keep our promises of new products and pictures and so on. But a full site makeover is in the works, and we hope you’ll all stick around long enough to see it <3

Ah, yay! We’re so close to 50 likes on Facebook! We realize that may not be much but as a new local business, we’re so appreciative to have even that. Sorry for the absence lately. We’ve both been really busy but, as always, still working hard on new goodies. Meadowlark officially has a Paypal account, meaning online buying is now an option; and an Ebay page in the works, just to make it easier. Don’t forget to like our Facebook page to stay updated on what’s coming next, and get us one “like” closer to our Facebook contest!
